Who Runs This?

I'm Ben Holguin, an operator who spent the last few years on the founding team of a healthcare business that grew from zero to tens of millions across multiple locations.

I sat in the seat where the hard decisions land on your desk, where the wrong hire costs more than money, where marketing spend either works or it doesn't and you feel both, and where every quarter feels like you're rebuilding the car while driving it.

I'm starting Off Script Operators because I can't find anything like it. The rooms I kept finding myself in were either run by companies looking to sell me something or too generic to be useful. I craved real and practical conversations.

That is the room I want to be in, so I'm building it.

How This Works?

We meet monthly at a selected coffee shop in Orange County, California.

It’s free for now. 8 operators only. Attendee selection is deliberate to ensure the in-room experience is worth it.

Each meeting starts the same way. Three sentences:

1. Your background

2. What you're building

3. What you're hoping to get from the room

Then we go straight into the hard questions. People share real experiences of what broke, what it cost them, and what they actually did to resolve it.

We close with individual questions about growth and what is next. This shapes the discussion for the following meeting.

The best operators in the room are not the ones with the biggest revenue or the most locations. They are the ones who show up, tell the truth, and leave smarter than they arrived.
